Please note that our office hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

Payments for approved maintenance and grounds crew invoices/vouchers are released every Tuesday and Thursday by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

To be included in the next scheduled payment release, all completed work vouchers and invoices must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the previous day.

As part of your submission, please indicate how you would like to be compensated by selecting either Cash App or Paper Check and providing any required payment details.

For example:

  • If work is completed and the voucher is submitted on Saturday at 3:00 p.m., payment will be released on the following Tuesday by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
  • If work is completed and the voucher is submitted on Tuesday at 2:00 p.m., payment will be released on the following Thursday by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider after payment has been released.

Payments are subject to approval, verification of completed work, and receipt of all required documentation.
